do you think cutting the free programs would stop the illegals from coming? they don't come for anything else, unless its free.

if you cannot support yourself, you deserve to starve. that's just how it is. if there is a rabbit shortage, foxes will starve, due to there being TOO MANY of them. same with the mexicans, nature will level out their population.

An Iraqi defense ministry official said the men were tortured and "killed in a barbaric way." Al-Qaida in Iraq claimed responsibility for killing the soldiers, and said the successor to terror leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi had "slaughtered" them. The claim was made in a Web statement that could not be authenticated. The language in the statement suggested the men were beheaded.
The Military will be checking this out. If true the United States will ponder the next move.

A person here on the board said this. "so you are saying that it is okay for them to come over here and destroy the twin towers with all those people in them dying? but when we go over there to retaliate, its not okay?"....Can you believe this? She ( I won't tell you who said it to spare her being embarrassed) thinks Iraqi people did 9-11. She thinks because of 9-11 we attacked Iraq. LOL!!! Iraq did not do 9-11. Why do people think Iraq did 9-11?

Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R.-Tenn.) can’t say how many new immigrants will be allowed to enter the United States over the next 20 years as a result of the immigration reform bill he shepherded through the Senate last month.

“I can’t give you an accurate number,” Frist said. “I know that about 2 million are coming across illegally and I would hope that we could diminish that.”

In fairness to Frist, he is not alone. None of the bill’s supporters we spoke with last week could say exactly how many new immigrants the bill allows.

“There are different estimates out there, and we’re trying to get the best data we can get. We don’t have that yet,” said Sen. Hillary Clinton (D.-N.Y.), who voted for the bill.

Robert Rector of the Heritage Foundation estimated the bill would allow 66 million new immigrants into the country over the next 20 years.

I want to see how they excuse the barbaric, inhuman treatment of these two soldiers. Let's hear them invoke the Geneva Convention or Human Rights with regard to the treatment of our two soldiers. These young men were not casualities of war. They were the victims of murder.

It seems that the smaller percentage of people are more willing to put forth their opinions and make them law, but the majority of people who have an opinion on a subject get frustrated but don't do or say anything.

The majority of the people that live in the Middle East follow a belief in a religion that they have twisted into something it isn't. And they practice it fanatically. People like that cannot be trusted as dealing with someone with a fanatic view is like dealing with pychotics.

Whether anyone likes what I post or not, the liberals and republicans in the Congress and the Senate voted for the
war. Although I think Bush is a 'Howdy Doody", he has convictions. Bush did not send our troops to war on a whim. The intelligence does not come from the Presidents office. It is reported to the President. You cannot make statements based on plugs from CNN. Most of the reporting we all hear aboit Iraq is coming from Liberal news outlets who thrive on negative American bashing and programming to attempt to create separation in American. I.E. Rich against poor, black against white, etc., etc., etc., How much positive reporting have we seen since the war began? Not much. I have spoken with familie
