"We give the good news ... to the Islamic nation that we have carried God's verdict by slaughtering the two captured crusaders," said the claim, which appeared on an Islamic militant Web site where insurgent groups regularly post statements and videos.

"With God Almighty's blessing, Abu Hamza al-Muhajer carried out the verdict of the Islamic court" calling for the soldiers' slaying, the statement said.

The statement said the soldiers were "slaughtered," suggesting that al-Muhajer beheaded them. The Arabic word used in the statement, "nahr," is used for the slaughtering of sheep by cutting the throat and has been used in past statements to refer to beheadings.

the reason to invade Iraq was WMD. What if it was true and Saddam pressed RED BUTTON? How many american soldiers would die? What do you think: Did Bush know that there was no WMD? Or he was ready to sacrifices so many american lives? Why not air-strikes instead of putting troops on the ground?

although many do not commit the crimes, thousands celebrate in middle eastern streets when soldiers are killed and no one speaks out against the violence. Muslim people accept violence as part of their faith. Dont respond with "well no ALL muslims do this" cuz i know that, but they should make a definite attempt to seperate themselves from the many, many , many, many extremists of their faith.

The people of this country should be told what those terrorist and thugs did to our two soldiers. The press cries foul when we toss rap music at al queda prisoners for a few hours; so where is the foul cry now that our two soldiers have been murdered and tortured? Why not tell us what happened to them? The public should know what we are fighting.

I regret voting for him. Our deficit its bigger than ever. The war that seem right, now seem pointless, killing many members of my generation who could've had a bright future. The scandals in this presidency seem to have no end... What are some reasons you regret voting for Pres. George W. Bush.?

They claimed they had secured a warrant for arrest & showed a copy of "it" signed by a "judge", but we later learned there was never one issued. This was all part of scam with a local car dealer to get negative feedback removed about the dealership...

After each war there is an influx of immigration to this Country from the country we just fought; for instance Korean War, WWII Japan, Vietamese war. The same deal will hold true with Iraq. And it seems that often we get those that at the beginning can't support themselves. And they want to change the culture here to suit theirs.

Intelligent answers only please? In other words, lets take the migrant workers who come and work for a meager wage picking produce. If those workers were no longer available who would fill that void? Americans? If so, what would that do to the prices of produce? These are tough questions that need to be addressed, someone please give an intelligent answer, no bashing please
