James Buchanan: Did little or nothing to stem the tide of the coming Civil War.

Warren G. Harding: He let people around him get his administration into trouble... cheated on his wife.. just a corruptable character.

William Henry Harrison: Who in their right mind gives a two hour inaugration speech in a driving rain to contract pneumonia and die 31 days later?

John Adams: He made it very difficult to become an American with the Alien and Seditions Act and put this country on track with another war with England in 1812.

Herbert Hoover: His hands off attitude towards the economy after the stock market crash led to the Great Depression.

I would have to say that number one would be FDR. Second would be Jimmy Carter (I like the man but he was a horrible president) Third would be Bill Clinton and yes he was impeached but not removed from office get your facts right. Fourth would be LBJ and fifth would have to be Buchanan

Harding, Buchanan, Pierce, Grant & Andrew Johnson.
Harding: Possible KKK member, got US to return to Isolationist policies that typified pre-WWI era, played a lot of poker and golf, Teapot Dome Scandal.
Bucannan: Freemason, possible homosexual (but that doesn't make him a bad president, but it's interesting), Failed to prevent Civil War, ruined his party.
Pierce: Also failed to prevent Civil War, alcoholic, Confederate, opened slavery to the West, meddled in central America
Grant: Failed at reconstruction
A. Johnson: 1st President to be impeached, alienated the South during reconstruction, got drunk at inauguration.

I'm a dem and certainly wouldn't agree with that.

Jimmy Carter didn't do such a hot job. (Great person, horrible prez)
Nixon did some bad stuff but he also did some good stuff (China)
Reagan was ok except for the huge build up in debt and a few illegal things (guns for hostages etc.)
Bush 41- not great but not the worst.

I'd have to say, Bush 43 is one of the worst.

Bush 2, Reagan, Bush 1, Nixon, and.....well, let's throw Bush 2 in again (since he definitely wrote the coloring book on being a bad president).
