We are a nation of ethics and moral.... just ask the ACLU. Just don't ask them to defend this country.... they don't have the stomach for it. Murderers on death row.... sure.... Child molesters.... why not.... terrorist... of course, they deserve a good defense and lots of understanding. But a Soldier... the very person that enforces thier right to defend burners of the Flag of the United States.... they won't even give it a thought.
It is I the Soldier, not the politician, who gave you the right to vote..... it is I the Soldier, not the lawyer, who gave you the right to competant legal representation.... it is I the Soldier, not the pastor, who gave you the right to worship as you see fit.... it is I the Soldier, not the news reporter, who gave you the right to free speech. And it is I the Soldier who will gladly give my life so you can burn the Flag of this great nation in protest, no matter how much I may disagree with you. I give my life defending your rights... I do not recieve the pay, benefits or notoriety of those "other people".... and I may be ridiculed in public because you do not like the politics of the government I have sworn to protect. But without me... you have nothing guaranteed.... you have no legitimate right to anything...

But remember that when my comrades fall, are captured, tortured and mistreated at the hands of those who would see your freedoms and liberty destroyed... I mourn for them. I loose my brother or sister. Thier burden is transfered to me. I am the sworn protector of thier dream, thier honor.

I am the United States Military...

Please. If the left had their way NO soldiers would have died in Iraq. This is your war.

Any liberal will tell you it's a horrible tragedy that anyone is dying over there at all. The outrage has been present since before this war ever began.

You feel outrage? Great, it's about time. What are you gonna do about it? Do you want to go kill some more brown people? Maybe nuke some cities? How about bomb a wedding? THAT"LL show them, eh? ALL THAT WILL DO IS GET MORE AMERICANS KILLED.

If you think this is awful, then the logical thing is to oppose the war. We went under the guise of this WMD threat. We found there are no WMD. Whoops, sorry about that. 2500 dead Americans because of our "mistake". Sorry.

Shouldn't we be going now? What do you wanna stick around for? Why do you want more Americans killed? What are they fighting for, hmmm? What are they dying for?

You're a hypocrite. You supported the war, those soldiers' blood is on your hands, not mine. Tell me, what are we getting in return for those soldiers' lives?

I don't give a d*mn about Iraq. They can all kill each other for all I care. I just don't want OUR PEOPLE dying there.

How dare you say liberals aren't outraged! The real question is, why haven't YOU been outraged until now?

There will be no outrage as those on the left only seem to care about everyone else except our soldiers. If those two soldiers were Iraqi you would have had Screaming Dean and his ilk all over Bush, the American people and especially the military accusing them of all kinds of horrendous offenses. Its unfair that our soldiers are being treated so disrepectfully and not supported, sad but true....

Yes there are some more "liberal" types that are outraged and saddened by the news.I for one am.

Also,not directed at you:
Where's the outrage among the far far right for the soldiers that were butchered because we went to Iraq for reasons no-one clearly knows?

Wheres the good example to the world we're supposed be setting with the sexual torture of Abu Ghraib? Why the yawn from the right on this?

Unfortunately theres a lack of outrage everywhere.

There is no outrage from the Left, unless you flush a Koran, or force a captured terrorist to listen to Spice Girls music all night long. THEN they get enraged!

But let a couple of kidnapped G.I.s show up dead and mutilated, and all you'll see is blank stares. If you agree the eyes are the windows to the soul, then what else would you expect to see?

The people we're fighting in Iraq shoot at our boys from inside hospitals and schools, and shoot from behind kidnapped women and children. They're dispicable vermin, and deserve nothing more than death.

I'm sure some lowlife will eventually blame President Bush for some dam thing or other. Bet on it.

I am and have been outraged at Bush and company,,, last week conservatives were celebrating the death of an enemy,, this week mourning the death of US soldiers,,,, REALITY CHECK,,,,,,, OVER 2500 US soldiers have died along with thousands of other innocent lives that have been sacrificed in the name of Iraqi Freedom,,,,,, if another country were here in the US killing, raping, beheading and terrorizing American citizens every day for over 3 years,,,, what would you do? do we expect,,, really expect the people of Iraq and the middle east to convert?,,,,,, this is a religious war Bush has made for himself and America,,,, the dying has just begun in the Republican Rove Reich Wing Crusade .........

Where is the outrage on the right? Did I miss the mass protests by conservatives? Where is the outrage at all? I think apathy is more like it. Try not to confuse the murder of our finest Americans with politics.

There is plenty from the left, right and middle quit trying to lump everyone into one categorty. Its people like you that are trying to seperate the country and world. The bigger question is where is the outrage among the right for Bush lying to us, which he did several times, and sending our troops into harms way for his own personal war.

The ACLU and its liberal cronies don't care about US citizens when it comes to their safety....If it was American soldiers who brutally murdered a soldier....oh my gosh would there be an uproar. The libs probably figure these guys got what they deserved....and they think it from the safety of their own home...
