Yes, there will come a time when people will be ashamed that we treated gays and lesbians as 2nd class citizens.

I'm not sure what you are asking here but the Jim Crow laws had to do with legalizing the segregation of blacks & whites. Remember "seperate but equal?" If you are refering to the proposal before congress to declare marriage is between a man and a woman - then you are off the mark. Gays are not being segregated. Nor are they being discriminated against any more than mormons are. Remember - mormons believed in polygamy but have had to accept the rule of monogamy. Nor can muslims who are citizens of this country have more than one wife. For all intents and purposes, one man and one woman is the law for marriage in the US and is likely to stay that way for a long time. Two guys or two women will not be able to marry.

Making a statement regarding your answer to my statement about 9/11:

Sure, I really believe you were there, a block away, LOL!

The reason I have my doubts is because, not only do more than half of NY'ers feel it may have been an inside job, or that the government had foreknowledge (which is just as bad), but fire experts that were there rescuing people said in interviews, that I have seen personally, that they feel it was a planned demolition!
Hell, even Larry Silverstein, the former WTC Leaseholder, ADMITTED in an interview that building 7 was a planned demolition!
Why are you in such denial, Mr. 1 block away?

enable me to say some thing from the united kingdom. i think you're proper that that's felony yet that does no longer recommend it occurs, could be very uncommon. I do exactly not choose our US friends wondering there are distinctive 50 12 months previous adult men chasing 16 12 months previous boys. that's continuously a complicated line finding out the stability between freedom and protection. there is an equality between instantly and gay relationships. i'm effective I actually have heard of one of your usa singers who were given married at 12 or replaced into it 14?

Gay marriage is one of the biggest non-issues these idiot politicians could come up with.. Government has no business in the bedroom of consenting adults; marriage is a church institution, let the religious swarm deal with it as they wish.
