Tenant / Landlord law says you have up to 2 years to sue a fomer landlord for not returning your deposit or last months rent...

HOWEVER if you have a WRITTEN CONTRACT with an individual you have up to 4 years to sue that person...
My question is:
Would a WRITTEN RENTAL AGREEMENT fall into the category of a Written Contract? ...therfore giving the tenant 4 years instead of 2 years to sue?

In the latest fighting, a Hamas gunman was killed in the southern Gaza Strip shortly after Hamas militants attacked the local commander of a Palestinian police force. The commander was shot in the legs seven times and moderately wounded.

Earlier this week, hundreds of pro-Fatah security personnel went on a rampage in Ramallah, shooting and burning the parliament and Cabinet buildings in a rage against the Hamas-led government.

"We ask, whose interests are you serving through these actions, burning down our institutions?" Hamas leader Farhat Assad asked in a speech. "It is uglier than the practices of the Israeli occupation."

Appearing before the Commons Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development last year, Carleton University paleoclimatologist Professor Tim Patterson testified, "There is no meaningful correlation between CO2 levels and Earth's temperature over this [geologic] time frame. In fact, when CO2 levels were over ten times higher than they are now, about 450 million years ago, the planet was in the depths of the absolute coldest period in the last half billion years." Patterson asked the committee, "On the basis of this evidence, how could anyone still believe that the recent relatively small increase in CO2 levels would be the major cause of the past century's modest warming?"

"The man is an embarrassment to US science and its many fine practitioners, a lot of whom know (but feel unable to state publicly) that his propaganda crusade is mostly based on junk science."

What if Clinton took strong action against Saddam's refusal to allow UN inspections, or covertly attacked Al-Quida in 1994 after the failed bombing. Don't forget the Saudi barracks bombing, the two US Embassies in Africa that were blown up, and the USS Cole. He also changed the armorment of troops in Somalia, leading to increased US casualties.

What would Bush or Gore walked into if Clinton had "testicular fortitude"?

American jails are a country club compared with foriegn ones. Didn't their Allah give them strength to overcome the "great Satin?"

For that mattter, what happens to AMERICANS in foreign jails? Not to mention prisoners of war. Has anyone done any research on THAT subject?

And why would someone so useful think about suicide? Don't they have dissention to stir up, people to force into things, issues they can dominate? If they kill themselves, who will fight the "great Satan"? Oh - I get it! They just couldn't wait any longer for the 72 VIRGINS.

Republicans take their lead from lobbyists on behalf of stockholders
and CEOs to change laws to make it easier for the rich to legally take
from the working class.Hence the obscene financial divide we have today. They play the "god card" to get elected, but it was the Democrats who have a history of being the party of God.Why do people let Republicans desecrate their religious values this way?

I seems that most people in the world have a negative view of America. Some people down right hate America. Should we just concerns ourselves with our own problems and not the world problems?
