it depends on what state you're in. In some states the legal age of consent is as low as 15. I live in texas and the legal age of consent here is 17, so if you're in the lone star state you're in the clear. In texas there is a 3 year window with parental consent. for example a 16 year old can have sex with her 18 or 19 year old partner as long as the parents know. they may not be too thrilled about the idea of their kid being sexually active but thats not a legal matter.

18 yr old yankers only want to get their d16k wet, they don't have the mind to saddle the burden of responsibility that comes with the outcome... Should it surprise them when their young partner becomes pregnant.
Boys should be educated separately from girls and be kept apart until such time as the young men have actually come of age(33), or prove their true worth through education and the start of a serious career.
I believe a father should have the right and responsibility to beat down any little nosher that boinks the daughter before they're married.

Depends on your state. In Ohio, 16 is age of consent within two years. So if a girl is 16, a man can be 18. If a man is 19 and the girl is 16, he better hope her mom likes him because If not his @$$ going to jail!

the age difference between an 18 and 17 yr old is so little it shouldn't matter in my opinion

Yes, if the girl is against it. But if shes not no....but most likely you shouldn't take any chances. Its still illegal

a seventeen years old girl is still a minor in most part of the world, and it would mount to child molestation, the parents could object,and it could be considered as rape, but laws differ from country to country
