Not only is he a terrorist, he has weapons of mass destruction which I may add he is aggressively using. He was not democratically elected, there is serious evidence of voter fraud in both elections. The governments official story of 911 is the biggest conspiracy theory out. The 911 commission is just another Warren report, more concerned with covering *** then the truth. Him and his entire cabinet should be indicted for acts of treason and removed from office.

For the word "terrorist" to have any meaning, you have to restrict its usage a bit.

Bush isn't really a terrorist (although he may be a bunch of other things).

Basically, a terrorist is part of a small socially powerless group that targets civilians and other innocent people in order to create fear and unrest among the population, so as to gain some power to get what they want.

While Bush has made some terrible decisions as "Commander-in-chief," he has basically just sent our army to war with the army of another country, partly in response to a perceived threat and an act of aggression towards us by Iraq's allies.

This could be considered ill-fated, ill-prepared, morally compromised, and somewhat preventable; but I would not label it as "terrorism." The methods and motivations are very different.

"Terrorists" do great harm in small scenarios. They bomb one place or make some other little pathetic show of force.

DESPOTS DIFFER IN THAT:

1. They change entire cultures and fool the populations of entire countries.

2. They are REWARDED materially for their actions. Usually in a huge way.

3. They are respected by millions, who, being fooled, would probably die for the "Cause" they falsely believe the despot stands for.

4. They pretend to be all about mainstream type sacred cows, such as the Christian religion. They don't just appeal to a few yahoos on the edge of society.

5. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL: They tend to be successful. Terrorists don't really gain anything, they just do damage.

President Bush is the democratically elected leader of a sovereign nation. He acts with the full faith and legitimacy of the nation which elected him.

In order to free people from oppressive, backwards regimes like the Taliban, or from brutal mass-murder dictators like Saddam Hussein, Bush has been forced to declare war on these countries. As soon as the battle is done, we rebuild the country's infrastructure and help them form a stable, peaceful democratic government that respects the rule of law and observes international standards for human rights.

In no way could you accuse Bush of acting like a terrorist. One of the reasons these wars are costing us BILLIONS is because we take so much care to minimize collateral damage. It's easy for a brutal thug like Saddam to rule Iraq because he doesn't care who he injures. We do care, and so the process is slow and tedious.

im no fan of bush

but im going to argue that the word "terrorist" means someone who falls outside of an established government

he may be a war monger, a bad leader, but i dont think he's purposely trying to murder civilians in order to make a political point

there are civilian deaths to be sure, but our military has orders to stifle an armed insurgency and keep the peace

they arent order to kill civilians, and we have an established government that he is operating from, so the definition doesn't apply

He is the worlds worse terrorist because he has more resources at his disposal. He can go on as he is virtually untouchable, he needs to be arrested and put on trial in the Hague for his war crimes. But it won't be done with a repuglican congress and its tiny little balls as they are to busy giving themselves a pay raise.
