Okay... this is sort of a stupid question but I'm a little worried. Since I got my iguana a little while back he has been not eating, the only thing keeping him alive was my force feeding. It was a number of months and he wasn't growing or eating. finally about a month ago he started to eat on a daily basis and has even started to grow a little. Now I think it's ready for the next step. I decided to start a long term taming commitment yesterday now that he is eating. I held him yesterday for say an hour and fed him today hoping to hold him again after he eats. I'm a little afraid that he didn't eat because of new stress levels and that if I keep holding him daily he might not eat again. Should I continue holding him daily? Will he eat? OR should I wait until he is older and more used to his new eating habit?

Can these both live together ok? Do they have the same kind of environment?
Anyone know about sexing and breeding either of these? Do most pet stores carry both of these, if so how much are they generally?

I am looking to buy a pet turtle. Sadly, I have many requirements and can't find a proper choice. It needs to be kept indoors, and in a pretty small terrarium, cause I don't have that much available space. I know that alone sounds too picky, but it also needs to
be good with kids ( social ). I REALLY want a turtle, but am unsuccessful in finding one so far. Please help!!!!

my gecko has shed skin that is stuck a little bit on his eye and also around the rim of his eye. he licks his eye but it doesnt seem to get off, and its too close to his eye for me to help him. i don't know how to get it off without injuring him, and i don't want to leave it because im scared it might eventually hurt him or cause infection. if you could help, that'd be great! thanks =)

I hear places like petco don't treat their reptiles good or something.

Online, the corn snakes I want are around 15-30$ Plus another 30-50 for shipping. Is that reasonable?

How much are they at petco?
But if you really recommend online, give me some sites.

I'm considering purchasing a baby bearded dragon, and have been doing some research in books and on the internet, but would just like some opinions from people who actually have them. Is there a an agression difference between males and females? Or is one more territorial than the other? Is keeping just one an okay thing, or do they do better in pairs? Any information would be helpful.

I am considering breeding corn snakes, and was wondering what to do with the hatchlings immediately after they are hatched.

Should i keep the together, or seperate them into seperate containers?
How often should i attempt feed them?

And, one last question, are there any age/weight/etc requirements to consider before breeding corn snakes?

Thanks!
Rachel

Is scale counting a reliable method of sexing corn snakes?

I was just wondering, as i'd rather not pop the snake and i've heard that probing can put a lot of stress on the snake and i'd rather not if it isn't nessicary.

Thanks!
Rachel.

I dont want to kill this turtle, just relocate it due to the fact the lake where it is at is turning into a subdivision. This turtle won't come very close to shore, and if you see it out in the middle it just goes straight back under. This lake is more than 10 feet deep so I can't get it with a net. Can anyone help?
