Bog Turtle?

I'm thinking about getting a Bog Turtle. They Grow up to 4 Iches. Now, There Very Rare, How much do you think they would be & There the smallest in the world. Any of Suggestions for Small Turtles? Like the Panited Turtle? Nothing bigger then 5 inchs. Thank you!

Sorry, but because they are a protected species, it's illegal to own them.
