This is a really easy question for because in the beginning September I'm going to get one so I have done alot of research...

With one snakes and this speicies females are generally larger that the male. They average 6-7 feet and only around ten pounds,

This is one of the care sheets that I found the most useful, I think that you will too...

I assume you are asking for an adult's weight. 6 feet long is about right....sometimes a bit less. 15 pounds is 2-3 times what the largest expectation should be. 5 or 6 pounds will be more likely. Maybe you should consider another species of Boa constrictor. They sure are pretty though, I have many.

A couple of helpful sites. Looks like about 4.5-5 feet long for males, females larger.
