fire bellied toads and newts?

Can these both live together ok? Do they have the same kind of environment?
Anyone know about sexing and breeding either of these? Do most pet stores carry both of these, if so how much are they generally?

By the way, it's a ten gallon tank.

Also, can you get a basking rock with a small filter in the bottom of it? How well do these work? How much do they cost?

I heard about it somewhere, but I can't find anything like that anywhere.
