I really need to increase the weight of 3 pigs. Is there anything that i can give them besides the normal feed to help increase there weigh in the next month or so? if so how should i monitor the amount i give them?

I have found a orphined raccon as the result of a construction site. He is small maybe 2 lbs. I don't know how old he is. He is blind in one eye from some sort of trauma. I thought of making him a pet. Don't know how to have him vaccinated for rabies. Any advice would be helpful. Thanx

i adopted 2 four year old bunnys 5 months ago they were not well socialized when i got them so they have always been timid and the humane society was chaotic. i brought them home with me and they lived in doors i fed them pellets, fruit, veggies, hay, bird seed and once the weather got warm i built a hutch for them to play outside in with a caged in area and an insulated area for the night. the girl passes away this morning and i dont know why. any ideas what could have happened? and i dont know what to do with the boy now i am sure he will be lonely. what should i do to keep the boy happy would it be appropriate to get him a new friend. he is older and anti social with humans so i dont know how he would deal with another rabbit. him and the girl were friends since birth. please only serious answers.

No dogs or cats. She's had fish. I'm debating between gerbils, hamsters, and guinea pigs. Whats the difference betweent them? Or is there some other pet my mind is going blank on?

Recently I found that my neighbor becomes crazy and also torture his dog. Before this I already felt strange because his dogs always missing and replace with puppy. After a few weeks, it will disappear again.

Then last night, when I stand in front of my window, I saw he was beating his dog with a wood and the dog was screaming. He only stop after the dog die. I suspect he was eating dog's meat and so he do such thing to kill the dog.

I think this is a kind of animal torture activities and I want to report to relevant authorities, However, I don't know how and who I should report to in Malaysia. Anybody can help me? This is also helping other innocent dog from being killed by him!

I took my small dog out yesterday and two squirrels came down out of the tree and started barking at us. They only fled up the tree when I yelled at them.
Can this be dangerous? I also have two small children, who would love to pet a squirrel. Can they be rabid? How can I get them to stay in the neighbor's yard, where the bird feeder that they devour is?
I don't want to harm them (unless they are rabid, in which case Animal Control would handle that).

I have a lop eared rabbit which I keep in a cage outside. Earlier today I heard it screaming as if something was attacking it and it was in pain. I ran outside and saw it wriggling but didnt see anything else. It then had a very difficult time breathing and slowly stopped breathing. There were no signs of blood.

Does anyone know what could have killed my rabbit?

I have to know go and tell my two kids that thier loved rabbit has died.

Tonight i found two HUGE slugs clinging to my door frame... they were about 6 inches long.... Well they were get globs of slime everywhere and were killing all my plants so i tried to just shut the door, hoping it would squoosh them. Well they started to squeeze through the door!!! and i was totally freaked out and i attacked them with my only deffense..... salt!

Do you think that was cruel or just me practicing self defense, because they were intruding into my house? And i was afraid they would suffocate me in the middle of the nigh with yucky goo because i shut them in the door... I am aloud to protect my home, right???

It looks to have been struck by a car and the poor thing can't use it's back legs and it stumbled into my yard ........I can't wait two hrs What can I do to help this poor innocent animal .
Should i put it in my car and take it to Hospital or comfort Him/Her
Give it some water .I am freaking ....I would rather suffer a Migraine ....Than see this poor thing suffer for one minute longer.HELP....What can I do? anyone have this experience or know how to deal with this type of matter?
My Fiancee is not going to home for 4HRS So i am the only one that can help. This wolf like animal looks to be a little bigger than a German Shepard but it is not a German Shepard Because I have seen these animals out in the wilderness when I am walking my dogs.

I have a siberian hamster I left him with a sitter for 2 weeks who has cats, now that I have him back he has red sores on his glands and his fur seems patchy and scruffy plus he seems to be scratching more often. If this is fleas should I treat him with hamster flea powder or take him to the vets to check his sores first?
