I don't know about getting a pet monkey in AZ. But b4 you do, you should know that they CAN NOT be housebroken. You must keep them in a cage with papers on the bottom and keep diaper pants on them when they are not in the cage. I had one many years ago. He was adorable, but he would get out of his cage, jump on the couch, climb the drapes, run along the drapery rod, jump to the banister and climb to the 2nd floor, sh**ing ALL THE WAY. My girlfriend gave him to me. She & I broke up on a Fri nite. Monkey went to the pet store on Sat morning.

Monkeys are not a domesticated animal as I'm sure you know. They should only be owned by zoos and trained professionals who use them for educational purposes or the entertainment industry.

Question to you? What animal do you know of that comes to you already trained having never been trained before?
