Okay I just got a bunny & I noticed every once & a little while she will sneez then only a tiny bit of wet-ness apears on her nose.

Other that that she's very active and her poops are fine, she's also eating and drinking well and she's breathing fine too.

I was told I should get her bytril,

Do you know why she might be like this?

Her cage had some pigeon poop in it from my other pet pigeon do you think thats what could have made her this way?, I cleaned the cage well before putting her in it.

Also when she sneezes she grunts sometimes.

Thanks!

I went to clean my rabbit out this morning and I found that in her bed side of the hutch she had started ripping the newspaper up thats at the bottom of the hutch and she had pulled all the hay and straw in to th bed side and made a nest. She has also started to pull out her fur to put in the nest. She has had one pregnancy with the last owners (as far as I know) We were told by the last owners as well that she had been spayed but we took her to the vets to find out thats she hasnt been spayed!!!
What should I do?

I have two ferrets, but I'm too afraid to trim their nails because they seem to act like they are in pain or something. I have the pet nail trimmers, and I know where to trim the nail, but it still scares me. What am I supposed to do?

I'm a very sketchy rabbit owner, don't judge grass is less healthy because of all the pollution, i live on kind of a busy street.

1. i got a new bunny and it jus sits and stares at me, if i move it will move and just sit in front staring at me not moving. I can move my hand to pet it or move by it but it will not move until im done then position itself to look at me again. It really doesnt seem scared and its not sleeping. Whats wrong with it?

2. I have an older rabbit, an it mouth was bleeding and it started laying on its back, with all feet up and will stay like that, is this normal? its in a new cage, but its never laid on its back before like a dog playing dead. i didnt know they will do that.

He was very neglected with very overgrow nails and mats all over. He also has a bald spot where he was badly injured. He is very under weight and I have never had a rabbit so under weight before. I have already taken him to the vet and the groomer and I can't take him back to the vet in fear that his heart can't take it. (You know rabbits hearts) He is fine physically except what I have mentioned above. They said to feed him and love him but I was wondering what else to feed him besides the normal rabbit feed and the fruits and veggies. I know no broccoli cabbage lettuce and eggplant. Any foods I can give him to help and spoil him like he deserves?

Would you support the practice of turning dogs into glue or food for some other animal or even food for people? Some people say that horses are dumb, because they let us ride them. Then the same must apply to sled dogs! The key word here is LET. Horses LET us ride them-if they didn't want us on their backs, we wouldn't be on them for long (proof: mustangs), so it's not that they're so dumb they don't realize they're being ridden. Sure, dogs greet us happily with their tails wagging, licking our face, but, just because horses don't show that enthusiasm, it doesn't mean they don't love us. After all, if they didn't love us, why would they even let us approach them (they're prey species, after all).

How often do you have to take them to the vet? How much does it usually cost? or do you not ever have to take them? Do the boys smell worse then the girls or do the girls smell worse then the boys? I've been reading up on them..and it says not to put wood shavings in there cause it messes with there breathing and stuff is that truth? Sorry people i need a little help im really ify on this...

Would a pet rat fit in a cage for gerbils/hampsters/mice with the tunnels and levels? I had a pet rat many years ago but it was really rather large, and I'm not sure if this is a normal rat size, or if rats would fit in "normal" small animal habitats.
