1. i got a new bunny and it jus sits and stares at me, if i move it will move and just sit in front staring at me not moving. I can move my hand to pet it or move by it but it will not move until im done then position itself to look at me again. It really doesnt seem scared and its not sleeping. Whats wrong with it?

2. I have an older rabbit, an it mouth was bleeding and it started laying on its back, with all feet up and will stay like that, is this normal? its in a new cage, but its never laid on its back before like a dog playing dead. i didnt know they will do that.

1. Your rabbit may be totally fine. Just watch how it holds its ears normally. If they aren't held up like a rabbit normally holds their ears then that is a sign that it is sick. Many animals will hold their ears lower or not as erect when they feel sick. Also make sure that your rabbit is eating and that it's stool is ok. Sometimes if a rabbit has diahrrea or is sick they will just sit in a corner and not move. Lastly, run your hand over it's back. It's back should not be bony if it is eating and feeling well.

2. If its mouth was bleeding it most likely broke a tooth or something happened to its lip. Check its teeth to see if any are missing or if you see a cut on its lip. The laying on its back could just be an idiosyncracy of the rabbit or it could possibly have an ear infection or something. As long as your rabbit is not holding its head at a tilt and it can hop around the pen like normal (no loss of balance and can stand and run properly), then your rabbit is probably perfectly fine as far as laying on its back.

1. That is a normal thing a new bunny would do!!! And I don't believe u have to worry about it as that's what they do to addapt themselves to a new environment! I believe that they want some company from u!!! That is what my rabbit did when I first got it!!!

2. I'm really sorry but I don't know about that question, cause I never saw a rabbit on its back. I would say, bring it to the vet! Cause that would be the best thing 4 u 2 do!!! Blood coming out of it's mouth!!! I don't think that's good news!!! So, bring to the vet!!!!!

1. Sounds like he's just checking you out. The fact he's not running away is good because he's obviously not scared of you. You're doing the right thing by allowing him to get used to you like this.

2. Get him checked by a vet. If his mouth is bleeding he may have molar spurs that have damaged either his tongue or cheek. The laying on his back may not be related. Sometimes when bunnies flop out they do turn on their back.

nicely rabbits that are male the two residing together no longer neutered isn't ok they'll as they become older combat one yet another that could deliver approximately some injuries while an animal is neutered the testosterone is going down and testosterone is the hormone that motives the rabbits scuffling with dispositions. 2 female rabbits is fantastic.

1. That sounds sooooooooo cool, but it's purely because he needs to adjust to his new home.

2. I have never heard of that before, but recently my bunny has had trouble with her teeth, and now she has to be put down because her teeth are growing into the side of her mouth, sometimes causing a bleed. take your rabbit to the vet, and make sure he's well looked after.

good luck!!

1.) your rabbit is simple just trying to adjust to things. all animals do that, even my turtle was a bit shyier for the first week or so that i bought him. keep petting and holding it so it gets use to you and i'm sure you'll start to see it's real personality in NO time!!

2.)...blood?...laying on back? i would say a vet is a good idea. i've NEVER seen a rabbit do that. how old is it? maybe its time for it to pass on...i knowo mice act deadish befor they die.
