I have a 12 week old puppy and he just had his 4th round of shots and is soon due for his 5th Parvo, Corona, etc. I am wondering how many more rounds of shots he will need. I read somewhere that all those shots weren't good for puppies soooo does anyone know anything about this?

I am house training my 3-month-old toy pomapoo puppy. I want to outline his current schedule and get feedback as to whether or not he spends too much time in his crate (he's doing pretty well with his training and almost never soils his crate):

6:45 - 7:15am: walk & play
7:30am: food in crate
7:30 - 11:30am: crated w/ toys
11:30 - 11:45am: outside walk
11:45: food in crate
12:00 - 3:00pm: crated w/ toys
3:00pm: food in crate
3:30 - 4:30pm: outside walk & play
4:30 - 5pm: inside play
5pm - 7pm: crated w/ toys
7:00: food in crate
7:15pm - 7:45pm: outside walk
7:45 - 9:30pm: inside play
9:30 - 9:45pm: final ouside walk
10:00pm - 6:45am: crated for bed

She is a great dog with a big heart. My problem is when she see's people she just gets overwhelmed with excitement... She's too ruff (pardon the punn)...Should I use a choker? I don't want to but I've tried begging, It's not working....haha.

She is ( the puppy) very young probably just a week or 2 past being weaned. She has black and tan markings like a Pincher or Rot, but also as a then white streak on her chest and small feet so I don't think she's one of those most likely a mixed breed. We'd like to keep her but can not if she's going to get large. Thanks for any help in advance.

I would like to find My FOREVER dog.... One that is Good with small children and cats... I would prefer for the dog to be fixed and housebroken if at all possibly... Everytime I give my pups a bath they get really hyper and run through the house & I can hardly catch them. My friend says her dog does this also after getting a bath. Why does batheing make them so hyper?

I'M GETTING A STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER PUPPY IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

What are the first things I should do straight away for him to make sure, I'm the boss, and he'll do what I say . In the most gentle ways obviously, but for him to understand I start as I mean to go on, and will continue to do so, until he is a very well trained, obediant fun loving dog.

My rott weiler has some sort of infection on her paw and I don't know what to do for her. I can't afford to take her to the vet, it looks so bad. I've put some peroxide on it a couple times, but it doesn't seem to help. I have a picture of it so if you send me an email I'll send you it, but I really need some help.

she was recently in a house fire, but rescued and i adopted her from that friend who could not keep her. she was not at a kennel but has this dry cough, not all the time though. can an over the counter cough suppressent help her such as child's robitussin. is it safe for her?

I may be adopting a Lab(male) who is about 2-4 yrs old. He is very active which is normal for labs, lol, but i need to teach him basic commands. I know how to do a few, but not sure about teaching him to "Stay" or to "heel" he tugs a lot on the leash, and hes 100 pounds! lol. So any tips would be great. I do know that lots of exercise is required for this breed to be happy. Anyways, Thanks. Also how much do u expect a dog this size would cost to get neutered??
