I don't think they exsist. Plus if they did it wouldn't be smart to do them. You don't know what could happen, even if its approved. Plus its kindof cruel to do that. It's just easier to bring them with(if you go on plane some smal pets can even be on carryon) or have a friend watch it(i do that a lot) or just bring it to a kennel. Not freeze it.

No. don't think that the cryogenic scientists/engineers are working on that level yet. If it existed, I'm sure it would be VERY expensive.
