No. The difference is mainly in the head length. And Lhasas are (generally) not as sweet. My sister was fostering one and it was truly a nasty little thing. I asked a Lhasa breeder friend which it was, and she asked if it was sweet. When I said no, she was nasty, she said probably a Lhasa then!

nope.
shitzu's have a shorter nose and more pronounced under bite and tend to be smaller and more high spirited than a lhasa
