I used to have to get up at 6 am to commute to my work. I was always grateful to have my dog wake me up every morning, just in time for me to feed her and get ready to go to work. Recently, however, I got a new job close to home. As a result, I can sleep until later in the morning..but the problem is that my dog, who got used to waking me up at 6am, still tries to do the same. No matter what I do, my dog doesn't seem to understand that I got a new job and that I do not need to wake up so early. Someone, please help me train my dog so I can get some sleep !

My baby Rylee, (3.5 months) is starting napping right now as is my older pup, Bailey (4.5 months), and she sometimes just randomly starts to whine while laying there staring into space. Sometimes she will whine while playing with a toy as well. It only lasts for a few seconds, but any clue as to why she does it when she is doing something normal?

According to me domasticating any animal and keeping it in our home bringing from wild is an biggest crime against animals forcing them to live a life which they are not from. Not only a crime against them also a crime against envirnment, creating a inbalance in ecosystem or food chain aviable on the earth.

Why not we built a huge home for them, which naturally gifted to them, Secure all the forest with huge hurdles keeping away from they prime enemy (HUMAN) allowing the animal lover only to watch this wonderfull creation of the earth.

By this, those who love animals will realy show they love towards them. Securing them in their own habitite.

I went to the pound to get a dog yesterday, the supervisor there told me a story about an adoptee. They have a beautiful bull dog there that an elderly woman saw dumped in an empty lot. The elderly woman tried to get this dog to come with her but the dog refused as he was waiting for his owner. The woman came to the dog for 7 days to bring him food in the empty lot. The dog would not budge or leave the area he was dropped off at. How loyal was that??? She ended up calling to get him picked up. This poor dog was heartbroken=(.

Our farm dog which is a red heeler just over a year old, got pregnant by a dog that the owners bring down to camp. As of this wednesday the puppies will be three weeks old.Sunday the 9th of July I noticed that she was rolling her eyes like she was dehydrated, as she was loosing alot of weight, so I decided to take her into the vet. Our back up vet is stupid and doesnt know how to make up her mind! She said yes, she is dehydrated, she might have an infection in her uterus, or she didnt pass a puppy or umbillcal cord. So they gave her some antibiotics and we give her an IV twice a day. She is getting her appetite back, but hardly drinks any water. When she eats she wont use her tongue, she chomps and slobbers all over. She walks like frankenstein on her back end, and refuses to go up and down stairs, but will try if my husband asks her,and will run into things if she doesnt see them right She will pee, and she has bowl movements. Yes we took the pups off of her. They are doing good!

My dog has stopped drinking water. He gets two 30 minute walks every day. It is very hot where I live, around 100 degrees, so you would expect him to drink some water....but he isn't. He is always panting now-a-days. His water gets refilled every day and he drinks the same water that my family and I drink. What could be wrong?
