She rolled across the ground. Lower left front leg near ankle/foot is what she has injured. She is picking up as far as misery level. Giving lovin's again but foot is bent in. Won't straighten it out. Licking on foot without whining now. Sleeping much more comfortable though still awakes in pain. Can I do anything for her now? No Vet services anywhere near at night. My Vet won't open until morning. I hate to see her suffering like she is. She's only about 3 months old.

We have lived here for many years and simply have tolerated the dogs barking next door as we didnt want to upset anyone. These dogs are outside in a pretty large cage 24 hours a day and it is approximately 15 feet from both my bedroom and my daughters. They are directly on the other side of the fence on the side of my back yard. It is more then bothersome we have way too many times been awoken in the middle of the night or ealry morning to their 15 minute long barking sessions. and WORSE they NEVER tell their dogs to be quiet or anything. And conveinatly their rooms are on the opposite side of the house and yard from their dang dogs cage. How can I after so long suddenly say do something about your darn dogs!!!! If you have any advice please share it I'd be greatful.

Because every SINGLE night. She'll come into my bedroom and jump on my bed, and lay there for like maybe ten to fifteen minutes then she decides that she wants to play and starts licking me in the face. So I push her off me and tell her NO. So I'll get up out of bed and usher her out of my bedroom door and close the door. But then she barks and wines and all that. So I let her back in, and she does it again. So I open my parents bedroom door. She goes in but my Mom puts her back in my room. Plus, we can't close our doors anymore because then we don't hear her ring her bell when she wants to go outside.

So how do I stop this? It's driving me nuts. I mean sure I'm on summer vaction now but when I have school and I'm woke up at like 1 a.m. or 4 a.m. because of the puppy(she's only 7 months old). I get pissed! My door is closed when my dad is still up but then he opens it when he goes to bed. So yeah. I'm getting ticked over here!Dang Dog!!!!!

The vet says it may or may not be cancer but chances are that either way she will get more and will eventually get cancer. Other schnauzer owners have told me that the surgery will only speed the spreading of more tumors. I love my dog.....what should I do?

Our new puppy has been diagnosed positive for parvovirus. He is at the vet on medication. My wife doesn't want to have him back for fear of infecting the children. Is her fear justified?

I have a boxer that just turned six and we are so overprotective of him so he's up to date on his shots, and goes to the vet regularly.
yesterday my wife and I awoke to him having a violent seizure, It lasted 6-7 minutes he urinated all over and then we took him to the vet right away. He ran bloodwork, checked his eyes in the dark and really looked him over thouroughly and came to the conclusion that he had epilepcy. So that was at 9 am.... He had another at 8 pm that lasted 2-3 minutes, so we called the vet and were hoping to get some medication for him, or possibly some more answers. Does anyone think that it could be a brain tumor or something else? His bloodwork came back healthy as can be, temp was great and his eyes looked good.

If dogs can't eat human food, how come when I feed him meats especially when we have bbqs, he didnt get sick or die. I've been doing this a lot and the vet said that my dog is very healthy. All I know is sweet stuff are bad for dogs but meat I think is ok.

I bought a chiauhua puppy from a pet store and paid $200 for him (no papers). Bought him on Friday, he died on Sunday. I took my little deceased puppy to the vet on monday and the vet did a fecal test for parvo and it was positive. The pet store owner isn't taking responsibilty for it and won't give me back my money and she is putting it off on the woman she got it from. So, I called Dept. of Agriculture and they did an inspection on the pet store and the womans home where the puppy came from and both are under quarentine for 10 days. Meanwhile both are refusing to give me my money back, even though I only had the puppy 3 days. Since they are being difficult, I want to warn my community about fraud that goes on in pet stores and the questions people should ask before they buy a puppy.

She has been fed on Purina puppy chow ever since we got her off the breeder but suddenly she refuses to eat it. We want to avoid feeding her canned puppy food so would appreciate suggestions on good healthy alternatives.

I have a 3 month old German Shepherd Collie mix. She has a lump on her tummy. She's had this ever since we got her. When we got her she was really overweight. What should I do?

She only weighs 8 pounds and she can go two days with only a couple of small treats as reward for being good with her bathroom jobs. She will come over to her dish and smell it and walk away. We tried some of the IAMS liquid to add and that worked only once. Someone said heat it up and that only worked a little. I know I'm starting a terrible precedent, but she will eat if I scramble the food up in and egg. I just worry that she will get sick from lack of food.
