My lab loves to fetch the frisbee. I want her to catch it in the air as it is coming down. She has tried but usually waits til it hits the ground then brings it to me... Any advice?

Below is a link to exactly how to do it. The instructions are easy to follow. We taught our GSD to catch Frisbees.

Try doing "baby steps." First hand it to her, then drop it into her mouth from an inch away and slowly move farther away from there. If she stops taking it while it's in the air and goes back to picking it up off the ground, reward what you want her to do. Get some small treats and give her a treat only when she catches the Frisbee in the air (remember, only drop it from a few inches to start out). Also praise her lavishly when she gets it from the air. When she picks it up off the ground, take it back but don't talk to her. This way, she should learn that catching it in the air is a good thing and picking it up doesn't make fun things happen.

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/feKir

If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.

It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

try putting some thing deliciously smelly stuff or something on it throwing it and teaching the dog to come back thinking their will be food after a while then try giving it a bone when it comes back then hopefully you trained your dog!
hope that helps!
