I have an 18mo Chihuahua/Terrier she has a bit of a pooper problem. I will take her out to do her business she will pee and sniff around for about 20 min then she will come upstairs and promptly crap on the floor. I have tried crate training, the puppy pads, the spray, you name it! Anyone have any Ideas, I am on the verge of getting rid of her and I really do not want to do that, but I can't have her poopin all over the place.
