I dropped a piece of mine on the floor and he grabbed it and ate it so fast that I couldn't get it away from him.

Thanks for the answers. I just cut him up a banana and put it in his food dish. He is going to town on that banana.

yes it is fine just stay away from grapes,raisins,mushrooms and onions as well as chocolate as they have been known to cause toxic effects.

He should be just fine
The only thing you should really worry about is if he ever got ahold of a lot of chocolate
,But a bananna shouldnt do any harm at all i give my dog litle pieces of food all the time like fruit,peanutbutter,veggies,cheese
Probobly not the best stuff for her ,but no harm done:)

Although some people say dogs shouldn't have people food, variety in their diets is a good thing. Fresh fruits and veggies are good for them in moderation.

In small amounts bananas are fine for dogs.
