this might seem bizarre to you but i find nickelback melodies somewhat amusing, especially that paperback novel song. what is it called so i can download it? i think all nickeback songs are hilarious, and would be even funnier if i knew the context. but that isn't going to happen because they make everyone laugh even the canadians.

i really have my heart set on paperback novel, or whatever the hell the song is.

I am inheriting another abandoned cockateil. Tried to registar on a site that a fellow q&a'er (em),said but the site will not let me register. The site keeps looping. I have a male, the female that is coming to my home has lost 2 of her companians, (parakeets). I will put them through the 30 day quarantine period, but if they get along I do not have time for the caring of any offspring. Should I keep them seperated for ever? If they do get along and have offspring how bad will it be to take away the eggs? If I took the eggs away will she try to lay again? I've read about binding, and do not want to cause any undue stress, but If I don't take the female more than likely the owners would just let her go! Gosh help me to do the right thing. There is another male around here I fear the owners are getting tired of. Hand raised Cockatiels are social birds not for show and tell. Anyone? Please.......

I know of many accounts of it, and my bird does it. If he is by my feet, or I move/wiggle any part of my feet with or without whistling, he will always try to interact with it. I know they are curious and somewhat mischievous birds, but sometimes it comes out of nowhere and is quite funny. But alas, I have no idea why he squawks, squeaks and does some little, puffed-up mock charging around my foot. Also, even if I have shoes on, he does it. So I do know it probably isn't only my toes. It's adorable, but I can't help but wonder why in the world he/other tiels do it.

i know the tail is a main characteristic of these breeds, but i have recently adopted what i was told was a shih tsu but i believe it looks more like a lhasa due to the size and face.

I was meant to get a green cheek conure & when i went to pick him up, he was bitey and flighty and not a well bonded bird to humans so i trusted my instinct and left him behind, I was in the middle of getting a sun conure when i noticed the Eclectus Parrot. I dont know much about these birds.
Are they as friendly and playful as the conures?
Do they make a lot of noise?
Any info on these birds would so greatfully be appreciated.
Thankyou
