their an exotic feathers that come in the colors of black-tips with orange and black strips down the feathers.this all does not make alot of sense but to see them their beautiful.

Contact some of the rescue groups and sanctuaries, like Best Friends, and see if they're willing to give you some. Because these organizations are non-profit, it would be nice if you sent along a donation with your request.

go to a pet store were that type of bird is there and ask for the feathers that have molted off.
