I'm putting up my tree today and i don't want him biting, swallowing, or breaking anything from the tree, ornaments, or the gifts. If it makes a difference it's a fake tree.

Hi, I have a problem with 2 of my 3 cat. About a month ago i noticed my grey and white cat has got black specs under his chin. I thought it was dirt from when he went outside. I tried to clean it off but the black specs where hard to move. The only way was to scrap it with my nail. not nice to do. I took him to the vet who was not sure what is was. I got told to clean everyday with warm water and cotton wool. I done that for a week and it got worse. It has become bald in places and itichey. I took him back for the vet to tell me to carry on. Which i have. Now i noticed the other day Another cat Bud has got it. They do not scratch everyday. I have been looking on the internet for skin irritations, and can not find it anywhere. I found a flea on my ginger cat the other day aswell. Could it be flea dirt? I do not think it is as flea dirt comes away from the hair quite easily. I use front line flea treament for all the cats every 4 weeks. Which does not seem to be working!!!! Any ideas?

i wanted a skunk
but there hard to look after.
so my mum told me to get a boring pet.
so i thought a Gerbil or a Chipmunk.
There both gorgeous but chipmunks are more expensive and need bigger cages.
Every time i see chipmunks i fall in love with them.

we have 3 English Bull Terriers.

tess, rosie, and Lily.

Tess, is a complete screwjob, bully, and exceptionally violent towards our other Dog Lily.
We cannot understand why this is, as soon as they see each other, Tess is over there trying to kill her, and of course the other dog fights back, until we are able to physically pull them apart, which has recently got worse as Tess savaged my hand, when i got in the way of them.

Weve tried many things, muzzling them {they still get to each other but just spit and drool}, pining them down next to each other, so there in contact, but unable to fight.Choke Chains.

im at my wits end, and would rather not have her put down.


please, any help is wonderful.

My partner and I would love to get a dog. He was talking about buying a French Mastiff, but I prefer Boxers.

Does anyone know of any health issues these breeds may have? I know that labs have hips problems, shar peis have skin problems... things like that. If you're not sure about the breeds:

Okay, so I'm on a site where either breeders or just people who cant keep their animals anymore sell them. Then i see a bernese mountain dog 'breeder' that says "puppies just in time for xmas, will look great under the tree&&be a good present for the whole family"

So i was wondering, since puppies for christmas are never reccommended, would a good breeder do this?

He has been puking 2-4 times a day for about four days. I'm really worried. Should I take him to a vet? Is there something I can do at home to help him? I don't know what to look up either (I'm only 13). So please give me tips or advice to help Bear!

my rabbit is not well and i know that for shore. my parents say that i cant take it to the vets as their is no point so please dont put that in your answer.

my rabbit has stopped eating and is only taking a few sips of water that i am feeding it through a syringe.

at the moment it is inside my house in a cardboard box with some straw.

it is still breathing and moves her head a bit.

she has got a bit of black under her nose and mouth.

IS SHE GOING TO DIE IN THE NIGHT. HELP ME

Can you use people finger nail clippers or is that somehow dangerous or do they just not cut their claws well? I do know that if I do cut them I have to be very careful not to cut them too short or they will bleed.

I have 2 male, and neutered cats. First one is yami, he is fat, long haired and very nice to everyone. The other is fenix and the alpha cat and is a tuxedo, long/skinny has a lot of muscle and is nice to ME only. My problem is that the mere sight of yami makes fenix hiss at him. They are BOTH brothers, came out of the very same litter. Wouldnt they be pals? Yami is a peaceful kitty and rarely fights back. But fenix is always on his toes ready to attack. If yami comes out out of the corner fenix ALWAYS bats at his face. I mean claws out and everything. I just dont understand why fenix hates yami! i use the spray bottle on them if their bad! SOMEONE please tell me how to get my kitties to get along with each other!

I have puppies and they have fleas so I thought of spraying or bombing the house.But I have a christmas tree would that spray effect the tree? Can I just cover it? Or would it kill the tree? Or is there anyother ways to cure my flea infest house?

I have read many reviews on here regarding these amazing animals and have got extreamly angry with some of the answers and questions. If you like them happy days but if you don't could you please tell me why? Could you also list the qualifications you have assertained that make you an expert in this breed of dog. And please don't list me with the bull***t about the newspaper said this or the newspaper said that. You cannot just dislike something cause you've heard a bad story. Well actually you can but that also means that you are very very small minded. So please answer and don't forget the important bits, the qualifications that make you an expert. I take this subject very closly as I have three young children and two of these amazing, playful, respectful, child friendly, obediant and teritorial dogs.

I had to board my 2 year old english bulldog for a week, and I picked her up on Wednesday (today is Saturday). Since then, she has pretty much been asleep. When I picked her up, I noticed a green discharge from her eyes, and I took her to the vet. She was given a cream, which cleared it up pretty quickly.

The problem now is that she seems tired all the time. While awake, she doesn't seem lethargic or sick, but it's not long before she is lying down. Usually, she sleeps from 7pm to 9am, lounges around til noon, and acts like a bat out of he*l until 7. For example, yesterday she slept until about 9, stayed awake until 2:30, slept from 2:30 until 9, woke up for a half-hour, then slept until 9am. She's not showing changes today.
She's also been unbelievably flatulent, which may be a result of food she was given when what I provided ran out.

Should I be worried or was she just overly stressed and stimulated? THANKS!

Vet says no table scraps except potatoe skins, brocolli (sparkey says no to) bananna(sparkey also says no to) she likes potatoe skins but what else?This 15yr old dalmation thinks supper is for her too so I need to throw her some kind of food? Hyoallergy food to foool her so she won't bug me to death, she will moan about it at 6pm

my female almost 1 years old is a very sweet, loving kitten has been ( if she gets the chance ) when someone opens the sliding door ( that leads into the backyard ) sometimes she will just run out there. we are able to catch her but it takes time .. she has been doing it around 5 times and we do not want anything to happen to her. i dont know what to do anymore to get her to stop trying to run outside. (she loves to look out the window at the sliding door) what should i do!? please help. thanks!

I'm very excited that my yorkie-poo is going to give birth in about ten days, but i'm also a little worried. I just need some general tips about how they behave around the time that they give birth and things I can do to help her stay calm and make sure all goes well. What can i do to ensure that the puppies survive and what are signs that the puppies are sick or dying? I just want to get some information before she gives birth so i'll be prepared. My cat is an outdoor cat and she lives in my garage. Outside the lowest temperature that it gets is 10 and highest 105. What could I do to keep her warm?? She doesn't like to be indoors and don't tell me that im harming my cat.
