If your rabbit is ill, then sto asking questions on here and get it to a vet

You need to force feed her. Mash up some pellets with water or something like pedilate (a dehydration thing for kids). Put in into a syringe and then put the tip behind her front teeth. Don't force too fast or she could choke. Depending on the size of the syringe, you need to do about 15ml in a feeding and feed every few hours.
She is probably going through GI Stasis. If she is not taken to a rabbit savvy vet, she will probably die. Even calling a vet could help.
If you can't take a pet to a vet, or are unwilling to then you should not have pets. So if she does die, you should not get another one.

What have you been feeding her? What does her excrement look like? How old is she?
