my cat is loving and sweet but iv nown some cats that are competely opposite dont like being held , petted generally dont want to be bothered id be devasted if my pet was like that where they just there to look at

the kitten i chose is 9 weeks old and i can pick her up next week, the thing thats worrying me is a few of the others were sneezing and a few of them including her had weepy eyes. how do they get this? do you think she is ok?

For once not a fish question........Well, a few years ago my brother got an African Spur, and we were told he would only get as big as the cage you put him in. He was reallllllly tiny so we dint think he would grow but so big, and now he's HUGE O_O... My brother gave him to me because it was such a huge responsibility, but now hes gotten so big that he needs to be put in a yard. We have the biggest cage available around here and now he's too big for it. Its hard to clean out his cage, and he's getting really dirty because of how small it is. Its starting to become really expensive and I cant afford to keep him any more. We cant put him in the yard because its too cold. Does anyone know if theres anyone who would take him/her? because im really picky about giving him away since no one around here is really good with animals........

This is my first cat. I adopted her from a friend. I believe she is less then a year old. Whining. butt in the air. How long does this last? She seems to take a few days off once in a while. likes to hang out on my shoulder. yeah???

My little Tiddles goes all weird when someone (strange to her) comes into the house. she starts to try to claw them. When friends come round and pick her up giving her lots of attention stroking her she kinda looks at them funny and then starts scratching them, spitting and even biting. This is so weird tho because i have seen this side to her, she changes quickly.

I have told everyone i have this little sweet kitten who climbs up on my knew and lies on her back for me to tickle her & then when they come round she attacks them.

Does anyone know why this is. I didn't even knowing that cat's spat before i seen her do it to friend and when she was biting her i said 'oi tiddles no' and out of curiosity i put me hand to he mouth 2see if she would bite me and she just shut her mouth and turned her head, then starts waving her paws around and trying to bite my friend again.
Anyone that can help me with, really appreicate it...thanks

My corn snake was born in April and I bought him when he was about 3 moths old. When I got him he was 9 inches and he hasn't grown since. The picture below I took about five minutes ago and he is 8 months now I was wondering if he looked the normal length for his age? And I would like to know what you call his color/pattern or whatever you call it

I bought 2 parakeets on November 29, 2007 and i'm having a hard time naming them. I'll add a link to a pic of them and please come up with some good names.

The one in the back is all one color (greyish blue with some yeallow on the head)

I have a fighter which was in a small container i moved in to a 6 ltr tank with a filter light,the light is on a few hrs a day i turn it off at night..the water has conditioner,i checked the PH levels it seemed a little high so i added PH down..the water is 26 degress,without a heater so i didnt add one..my fish sits on the groud or wraps itself around the filter pole,it hardly moves and i dont see it eat,he was fine in the smaller container...pls help

My 10 week old kitten has a URI and is congested. How do I get him to eat if he can't smell his food. I've tried "wet" food, tuna (yeah, I know Mercury. I'm desperate) etc. He's so pitiful. Help. He's on a antibiotic and decongestant. When will his symptoms ease up.

I have a 45 day old pug and i got bit on my finger while holding him and giving him his puppy vitamins.. actually, i think its more of I scratched my finger on his teeth of something like that. some skin peeled and it bled a little. is it possible to get rabies from this scratch/bite? he's been seperated from his mother for about a week now and is now royal canine starter.
