the most aggressive would be cichlids, large adult Midas and red devils will chase you away fromthe tank, theywill try and attack the hand that feeds them.
the most aggressive african cichlid, i wouldsay the 5 star general cichlid, is a more passive fish when it comes to humans but aggressive to other fishes.
piranhas are NOT all that aggressive, everyone believes that RBPs will attack anyhing that touches the water, but that is false. they are actually very timid and passive.
bettas---your just dumb.
jardini arowanas are also aggressive, but htey arent all of the same. some are super agressive and i havent been able to house them with anything, others are more passive and they can live with bigger cichlids etc..
But i would say that RDs are pretty aggressive, i am sure there is a species that is by far more aggressive, just not thinking of it now.

Niger Piranha....you have to seduce them with medicine before you can stick your hand in there....
BTW....they are illegal in USA for the ammount of damage they cuase. A school of them can eat up a human in less than five minutes, down to bones.

I had a Red Belly Pacu that was aggressive like that. They are related to the piranha.
