I believe you mean 26o Celsius (78oF).

Is there any chance his filter is producing too strong of a current for him to swim comfortably? If you can, adjust the flow rate so it's lower to see if this helps (or temporarily turn off the filter if he's the only fish in the tank).

Also, check ammonia and nitrite, since the tank is new - it may be cycling and a water change might be needed.

If the move was recent, he may still be adjusting to the new home.

generally male betas will blow bubbles to create a "nest" for the time of their breeding point. Does he have a woman with him? because of the fact the are agreessive fish and you have different fish in there if he's being territorial somebody would have placed him in his place and injured him. pass him to a spereate bowl or tank while you handle him. there's a product you will stumble on that form of acts like fish first help for wounds and shredded fins. i visit objective to locate the call and record returned if I do. ***Melafix or Maracyn

If the water is 26 degrees, its freezing. A Betta needs to be in atleast 75 degree water. Make sure his tank is mega clean also. I clean mine at least once every two weeks.

depending on what filter you have it could be the current in the tank, if his new tank is in a high traffic area of your home or if his tank allows him more visibility into the surrounding area he could be afraid, just give him a few days and he should go back to normal.

Bettas by nature are used to a small amount of space. they live underneath air pockets in rice crops. (rice is grown in water) just give him some time and give hima place to hide. he is trying to hide by wrapping around the filter. more space scares them for a minute so just make it as comfy as possible for him, plants, aquarium hidey holes=-), and wait for him to come around... maybe entice him to eat with some frozen bloodworms or something.

put him back&try some live blood worms&pampering, fighters(believe it or not)have a tendency to sink into deprresion(usually when environment is completly changed/other fish out of sight/no fish/lonlyness.I have learnt this begins from the get go...as early as when you start jarring/seperating fry(so are vulnerable for first few days, alone(advised to place all near each other)as per adulty, feed well, keep warm&clean&hope for the best...then on the flip side there's age&lack of exercise(how old?)make them behave this way to as they get old&near end of life span.
So he's probably sulking, pining, moping because you evicted him without notice,ha,hadon't worry to much,he'll come good.
Not neccesary,but a tiny pinch of aquaruim salt,helps condition&lift them(build stronger,slime coating)
GOOD LUCK
