Every two or three months my cat (not spayed yet and likely unfertile as she's escaped from the house while in heat several times and no kittens) goes thru a "heat cycle. For a month to 6 weeks she will be in heat with a break of 2-3 days every week.

Best thing to do is get kitty fixed ASAP. Some local shelter's or maybe a "safe cat society" will do the surgery for low cost as well as administer necessary vaccines (also for a nominal fee).

My kitty is going in, in January, for her surgery.

They go in and out of heat for weeks, with only 2 or 3 days downtime. It's very stressful on the cat with the hormone production pushing everything.

She needs to be spayed, make an appointment and get her in. Cats who stay in heat are at risk for cancer, can very easily get pregnant if they zip out the door even for an hour, and the ones who get so frustrated they have to DO something end up starting to spray indoors on the furniture.

Get her spayed. it is the only thank you to offer up a warmth cycle, and till she is spayed she would be able to proceed to pass into warmth each and every few weeks for an outstanding chew of the 300 and sixty 5 days. properly, the heats will supply up if she gets pregnant, yet getting her spayed may be the in charge ingredient to do.

Sometimes it lasts for just a week but many times it can last for months at a time. I had a female cat that was in my foster care and on a waiting list for spaying, she stayed in heat for one month straight until we had her spayed. Not fun for anyone. Get her spayed ASAP.
