my dog has been in labor for four hours and hasnt delivered a pup yet. we werent aware she was pregnant. we just noticed her breast forming a week or so ago. she was dropped at my house about 2 months ago and she was in heat. she was severly malnourished and we brought her back to health. Do you think the pups are okay and alive and is it normal for her to be in labor this long and not have a pup yet?

female red sesame shiba inu: Naomi, she is old and wise lol she's 9

male black and tan shiba inu: Sam, he is a playful little ball of playfullness, he howls and wags his tail and barks whenever u see him,, even if its been 5 min., he puts his mouth on ur arm and howls with it on there, its so cute, he is 1 and a half

yellow lab: max is still energetic and he's 14! he's my first dog, love him

im adopting these two dogs in 3 weeks

Our puppy is a spayed female, age 7 months old. In the summer she would run next door. Now she flys out of the house and runs down the street. She is Yorkie-Poo, half yorkie and half poodle. She is very friendly and she loves people and outher animals. We fear she will hit by an automobile or injured bu another animal. Any Ideas?

I just got two rats 4 days ago and I've been trying to get them comfortable outside their cage or when being held. Whenever I try to get them out of their cage they still run away even after I let them sniff my hands for awhile, and whenever I do get them out, they squeak like mad even though I've been doing the same thing for the past 3 days, getting them out for about 30-60 minutes and letting them run around or sit my shoulder. They still seem to be scared or nervous of everything. Does it just take them time to get used to everything? They seem eager to get out of the cage when I open it but as soon as I put my hands in or try to scoop them up, they dash into their little house and won't crawl up my arm if I hold it out for them.

Im not sure what fish to add to my tank. Any ideas? Currently i have:
2 Glass Catfishes
1 Red Swordtail
3 Silver Tetras
1 4-inch pleco
1 Neon Blue Gourami
1 5-inch Dojo Loach

I really do like the female bettas and Bumblebee Blow fish but alas i really dont think they will make good tankmates. Any suggestions other than guppies/platys? thanks to everyone.

My rat gave birth to a 8 rat litter last night and I want to know when I can hold her and her babies? Please! She is new, I got her preg 2 days ago so she is new and she comes out of the nest if I talk to her on the other side of the cage so she loves my but will she bite if I hold her babies? So PLEASE HELP ME!
