Its perfectly normal. They are nocturnal and do not come out during the day.

This is normal I have two leopard geckos a male and a female and they stay in their rock hideout a lot. I just think it's normal and another reason is probably cause it's winter. Leopard geckos slow down in the winter, don't eat as much, and sleep a lot. I noticed they're more active and stay out of their hide out in the summer time so it's probably just a season thing.

Sounds pretty normal, especially if you're looking for them during the day. I use a red bulb in my heat lamp so that I can leave it on all the time without disturbing my leopard geckos. I usually see them out more at night. They really like to bask under the light. I also bought a couple of reptile nets. One is stuck to the side of the cage and the other is in a hammock position. They love to lay in the hammock and it's nice for me because I get to see them more.

2 males will fight, naturally, can't stop that! Males are territorial, nothing to do with sexual maturity! Territory in animals is very important, without it, they are susceptible to starvation due to the other lizards getting the food, and not being about to breed. just change the sand in Zeus' cage, or if you can't for some reason mix it up, cover up maverick's smell. if you changed the substrate and he still is licking, you might want to change him to reptile carpet. He may not be as happy, or may be i don't know, but he will be saved from compaction. This doesn't have to be permanent, change it back to sand the next month or something. Hope this helps! Any questions feel free to contact me!

Firstly, if they are new, leave them alone for the first week. They are adjusting and are frightened for now.
If they're already used to you, it is probably because you are looking for them in the day time. They are nocturnal, which means they sleep during the day, and are awake and out of their hide at night. You should feed them in the evening, which is when they will wake up and need food to re-energize.

Get a red light for viewing them at night--that is when they come out and are most active. They can see in near total darkness.
