Hello, my cat have been hit by the cat and now she is suffering from shuttered pelvis. She is not going to toilet for poo at all for about 3 day, is it normal? She was taking antibiotics for 4 days. Please hepl.

She definitely has separation anxiety ; as she cries and cries when we are gone and come home. i have heard she was abused as a puppy. but has been well loved i think for 6 years. I really need to get her to stop as my boyfriend is ready to get rid of her

when i do my water changes i fill the tank back up 10 litres at a time using a bucket, but the treatment i use requires 10ml of treatment per 35L of water, so its really awkward doing it 10 litres at a time (i usually treat the water in the bucket before i put it back into the tank)

Would it be ok to put the extra treatment in the water which is already in the tank, then just pour the untreated water in?

it will suddenly wake-up and start meowing loudly and act really scared of everything around it. After about two minutes it calms down and loves everyone again. I adopted him at six years old, and he has them about every two nights or so.

What the heck is going on in that cat's mind?

Today as I was bringing our dog (male puppy -- cocker spaniel mix) in from outside, he got loose and urinated on my wife's new carpet. I screamed "no" but it was too late. I grabbed him and threw him in his kennel. About 15 minutes later he started yelping. I put a bark collar on, but that didn't fully work. He kept yelping. We live in an apartment. When we're walking outside and he sees other dogs, he starts barking loudly and going wild. He acts like he wants to attack these other dogs (some much larger than he is). My wife says I shouldn't hurt him--he doesn't know any better. But it's very embarrassing! The thing won't behave. I swear sometimes I want to thrust a knife into its skin and seriously HARM this animal! [Am I not cut out to be around dogs?] My wife would freak out if I asked her give the dog away--she loves him--so I'm kind of stuck. Any advice ?

If I put water down, he drinks the ENTIRE bowl immediately. If I fill it back up, he does the same thing. If he has water down, he won't eat his food because he'd rather drink and then his tummy gets full so I don't give him water until he is done eating. For all the other dogs I've ever had, I always made sure they had water constantly, but he drinks so much that he is constantly peeing and he is not fully housebroken yet. Is it ok to just give him a bowl of water after he eats (twice a day) and then maybe like 2 or 3 other times throughout the day?

We are moving in the next couple of weeks and with all the boxes people and hub bub -- esp. the day of the actual move -- I am afraid Buddha will get freaked out and bolt and we will never see our baby again. :(

Please help! My 2 year old son is now into fish so I decided to get more fish for my 29 gallon tank. I origonaly had 1 danio and 1 large Pleco. I have since added 3 small cherry barbs, 3 tiger barbs and one kuhli loach. My tank is not stabolized. The pet store thought it was because before adding the new fish I had done a thorough gravel vacumming. But that was two weeks ago and my nitrates are still through the roof. I tested my tap and it is fine (better than my tank).
One tiger barb has died and the other two are swimming near the top for the last week or so (I don't know if that is normal) anyway, I temporarly lower my nitrates after 1/4 to 1/3 weekly water changes, but they keep raising up over 130ppms (it was over 200). My nitrites are 0, Hardness is 300, total alkalinity is 80-100, ph ranges from 6.6 to 7.0. Amonia is 0. I have a Penquin 270 biowheel and a large ornament that blows alot of bubbles (is it possible to have too many bubbles?) Any ideas will be helpful! Thanks!

I have a fish tank with aboue 20 or do guppy fry in a breeding chamber located inside the tank. In the large part of the tank theres two female guppies and an unknown gender neon.

I noticed inside the baby guppy breeding chamber, theres like a clear gell-like bubble shape, three of them on the botem of the chamber. Inside the gell stuff theres like little white dots everywhere. Like maybe 20-30 in each little section.

mind these gel pocket things are smaller than the circumference of an eraser.


What could this be? None of the other fish but the guppies have been there
