I know that figure eight puffer fish are salt water fish that you can gradually change the water into fresh water and it wont die. There are some other kinds of puffer fish that allow that too.

I think probably some tropical catfish. They live in estuary and tidal flats and lagoons. Lots of change all the time.

There are also sharks that migrate up river to feed and return to the ocean.

And Salmon, but they kind of have a one way trip.
Tho there are Rainbow Trout, Steelhead, that migrate up river to breed and return to the ocean.
