If you didn't use the toilet for 3 days, would that be normal?
For God's sake. Take that poor animal back to the vet.

I don't like the way you have described her condition as a shattered pelvis. If you mean she has fractured her pelvis, then I can understand. You need to keep her quiet and try to keep her in one place. Don't let her jump or climb. She has probably bruised the nerves to her bowel and bladder and hopefully these will come back in the next few days.
My cat fractured his pelvis both sides when he was hit by a car. It took about 4 days before I knew that his bowel and bladder were working. This is the most worrying part of a fractured pelvis. It may be painful for your cat to pass a motion at the moment as well.
Lots of loving tender care heals quicker than anything. Talk to her pet her, but don't pick her up try to keep her on one level and if you can stop her from walking about do so. Put her food and dirt box beside her so she doesn't have to move about.
My Monty's pelvis started to knit in about 7 days, which was really quick.
My heart goes out to you and your cat and I hope she soon proves to you that the nerves were only bruised.

My cat was hit by a car and suffered a shattered pelvis. He recovered and was leaping onto a six foot hedge a couple of months latera dn lived for another 8 years.
He was ony in the vets for two days before he came home.
However, your cat really does need to go back to the vet. Maybe some part of his digestive system has been damaged - this needs checking out ASAPor you will have one dead kitty.
If you can't afford treatment then I am sure there is a charitable organisation like the RSPCA or Cats Protection League that will help. Try googling it!

Normally, antibiotics need to be used until the supply given to you by the vet is GONE. Three days is definitely not normal - definitely take kitty back to the vet ASAP, a blockage there is an emergency! Normally a kitty will poo at least once a day, and pee several times a day. A traumatic injury like this should've required observation (following surgery) by the vet for at minimum a week.

since you say it was on antibiotics for 4 days, then i am assuming you have had it to the vet. you need to call the vet with this problem too especially if you mean that the cat is not having bowel movements at all. this could be a complication of the broken pelvis and definitely needs to be checked out

If she is suffering, she probably isn't eating either, which would explain why nothing is coming out. Please take her to the vet. She should stay in the animal hospital where they can give her pain medication and the vet and his staff can take care of her so she heals properly. Antibiotics don't fix everything.

Have you taken her to the vet???
Please do right away if you haven't or if you can't afford it, call the ASPCA and see if they can help you get free medical care if cost is out of the question for you. It won't be cheap, that's for sure. But please don't go on another minute letting her be in extreme pain and discomfort.
And I'm not sure if you let her outside or if she got out on her own but don't let her out anymore. I just don't understand how people can knowingly let their pets outside with so many dangers out there, especially when they are unneutered/unspayed. So irresponsible.
And please get her fixed if you haven't to eliminate the chance of her getting pregnant if she somehow ever gets away again. Spaying/neutering is now even more mandatory than before and should be done for the animal's comfort and to help reduce unwanted homeless pets.
Please get her to a vet as soon as you possibly can !

Is the cat dead?
if it is not take to a vet. Then give it to someone who cares enough to help the thing not sit on a computer and wait for someone to guess at what is wrong.
