My dog seems to dream alot while he sleeps. He is a big yellow lab named Sammy McBones. We call him Thamm.

What do you think he possibly dreams of? Me giving him a doggie bone? Patting him on the head? Sniffing another dog's butt?

Blessings

Like I said, her barn name is Loulou. She is a Canadian Draft/Thoroughbred cross, a reddish bay w/ no markings, very correct jumper. About 8 years old.

We have been trying to set up a new tank for the last month or so, and it was going pretty well until a big name pet store sold us a fish with ick. Between the ick and not yet having the water stabilized we lost those 2 fish.

On the advice of a "real" fish store, we kept the tank going for about 2 weeks treating for ick but with no fish. Then added 2 new "feeder" goldfish to try to continue the cycling. The ick showed up again - I treated (temperature rise, and salt), but lost 1 (who I think was sick already when we got it). the other recovered and seems to be doing great.
I continued checking the levels and doing partial water changes to complete the cycling.
We waited until the ammonia and nitrite levels had reached 0 and then today we added a new calico fantail - it has only been about 2 hours, but I am already seeing little white specks on its fins. Is is possible for ick to show up that fast? or is it something different.

Thanks

For about the past 2-3 weeks, it looked like the hamster had been wet (looked like sweating all the time). Well the hamster has died. What could have been the cause. It has been eating alot of fruit lately, but what we have found on the internet said that fruit and veggies were good for them. The hamster continued to play alot up until its death and nothing out of the ordinary was noted except the wetness.

My 6 year old dog, has been vomiting up his food (and its a food he's been eating for over a year). He usually vomits it anywhere between 1 to 4 hours after eating, and it does not contain blood. The food is usually almost fully digested. He isn't acting sick, and this happens about 7/10 times after he eats so NOT every time. Anyone know what this could be?! (As a side note, he was kenneled 3-4 weeks ago for a couple days).

I have had my approx 1 yr old for nearly a month and I cannot get her to drink. We have tried cat milk, normal milk, water, cream even rice pudding and she wont touch it. Its now getting to the stage where she is just laying around all day and night. I am so worried. Please can someone help my poor baby?

He is about a year now. He is about as strong as me, if not stronger. When we go on walks together he jerks me around. I was hoping someone out there might have some suggestions to help me break this bad habit of his. Thanks.

I have a 6 year old, pit/mastif that is 83 pounds. I've heard that larger breeds do not tend to live very long lives. Is this true?

My baby Guinea Pigs are a little stinky. I've heard you can bathe them with (human) baby wipes. I tried yesterday evening and they started squealing and acting scared.
