They make lots of different noises the main 2 are neighing, when they're calling to other horses and whinnying when they want or expect something, or recognise their owner or another horsey friend. Some horses also make a vibrating sound with their nostrils, called high blowing, which is caused by air turbulence when they are in a faster pace.
There are other noises that they make, which can signal a problem, such as whistling or groaning. Whistling is a sign of breathing problems, and groaning can signify pain or colic etc. Snorting is a sound they make when afraid or excited.
Additionally there is also the sound that they make with their hooves. The usual clip-clop sound comes from the shoes. occasionally you may here a small click, which is where they catch the front hoof with their rear hoof, known as over-reaching.

Horses as prey animals are not typically very vocal, but they do have many sounds for different situations and include whinnying, neighing, snuffling, whuffling, nickering, and even screams due to fear. Their instinct is to not be too vocal since sounds can let a predator know where they are. Theirs is essentially body language. Try to find a video of wild horses such as CLOUD, which is true footage over several years of a wild stallion in the Rocky Mountains along with his herd of mares.

Horses neigh, whinney, snort, grunt, huff, blow, whuffle, scream, cry and croon, to my knowledge, and there may be others I haven't thought of. They are very vocal and have sounds for all kinds of situations. They even snuffle occasionally.

Horses can make lots of noises. Neighs, whinnies, snorts, grunts, whuffles, squeals and screams (only when terrified or in extreme pain).
