They dream of playing and fighting and all the things they do while they are awake! I know they seem to be in pain at times but they are not! I have 5 cats of my own!

My cat make those moaning/whining noises when he and she sleeps. It could be a number of things like one could be in pain or the main thing is dreaming. I see my cats sleeping and they be moaning and eyes moving and legs moving too so that is telling me that they are dreaming. But it is hard to tell what they are doing but that is the only guess I have for you.

Cats do dream even as deeply asleep, as hostile to "only resting" it truly is what they do lots of the time. you'll get growls, unusual noises in the throat, chattering of the teeth, twitching paws, all sorts. No-one is customary with what they dream about yet i have always concept it type of sounds like searching. by using the way, has he been wormed? which will be some thing to do with the consistent starvation. or per chance it truly is only greed . . .

Cats get aches and pains just like humans as they age - arthritis, skin problems and stomach pains. It is difficult to be comfortable on the joints which causes moaning and turning . Rarely see this in young cats.
