My cat, Cinderella, loves Bjork, Depeche Mode, and Miles Davis. I know this because whenever I put it on, she runs near the music, turns her ears towards it, and falls asleep.

My pure bred yellow lab has a condition the dr. called cherry eye. It's like when the inside of the dog's eyelids turn inside out, and it looks painful and like he cannot see very well. Our vet gave us eyedrops and put the eyelids back in the right place, but they popped right back out, and the drops are not working. Anyone had experience with this???? Please answer if you have. Thanks!

Most of the guys I've dated were charming at first, but eventually their true colours revealed their own stupidity and shallowness.
Is it in their nature for all men who are "guys", or can it just be a coincidence.
My cat, among the stupid things he does, like dashes between my legs out of the blue when I walk across the room, or naps up on high places and rolls off (unconsciously- apparently dreaming), and chewing on power cords (you'd figure after the last few times of being electrocuted he'd know better).

A friend of mine has a 3 year old male neutered German Shepherd that is very friendly with other dogs. That is, unless there's a fence in between them or he's on a leash. What causes this? Has anyone broken their dog of this and how did you do it?

Please only serious answers, she's not going to the dog whisperer and she' not getting rid of the dog, she's a good dog mom and loves her him dearly.

My daughter has a dog and when she gets loose sometimes she bites. My daughter and her dog lives with me. My daughter is 20. I was wondering if she would be charged if her dog bites or if I will be charged since I'm the owner of the house. If it would come back on my house insurance or what?

it is a dog toy with a hole to put food in to keep them entertained, i went on their website but the recipies are really unhealthy like melted cheese and peanut butter. peanut butter is good because it is sticky and lasts a long time, but it is kind of fattening. what does anyone else put in theirs if they have one? thanks.

I'm thinking of buying an electric dog fence which trains the dog to stay within a boundry as he keeps running out on the road but we have a concrete driveway and all the fences say to bury the wire. Is it a must????

My poor little puppy has been diagnosed with Lymphoma at the young age of 6, and I'm fully aware that what i'm going to have to deal with in the next month or so is going to crush me. Abby has always been affectionate with everyone she comes across, but has always shown a little extra for me. I always joked that she thought i was her boyfriend. Over the past month or so, she's been extra affectionate with me. She'll follow me from room to room, and hardly leaves me alone while i'm around. My question is: Is a dog conscious of it's sickness? Does Abby know her fate, or at least that there is something terribly wrong? Perhaps that being the reason she's showing me all the extra attention?

I have a large family-2 adults, 5 kids, and we're thinking about getting a bird. We want one we can handle and play with, so we were thinking love birds, conures, or cockatiels. What can you tell me about the traits of these breeds? Any suggestions about other breeds we should consider?
The adults would always be present while the kids were with the bird of course.

Hi, I got my puppy five weeks ago, he is now 16 weeks old and lovely and very affectionate. But when I leave him to go upstairs he pulled my new carpet up and ruined it, chews my shoes, my cuboards, anything really! and when I go out of he room he howls, What can I do to stop him doing this? I do realise that he is a puppy still, but I do want to keep my house tidy!!

My co-worker has a 2 year old female poodle and I have a 9 year old male poodle/pomeranian mix. We want to breed them. But we're both new to this and were wondering if there were any other factors that we should consider (we've already factored health, costs, homes, size, and temper). Any advice is appreciated.

To everyone answering, I`m asking for advice, please! Not opinions. My co-worker and I plan on keeping most if not all of the puppies. Yes, I have the time and money to do so. Yes, I plan to have both parents tested. Yes, I will take every precaution in case something may go wrong. Advice, PLEASE! How do I introduce them? How long does the pregnency last? When can i handle pups? Etc. Thank You
