Most of the guys I've dated were charming at first, but eventually their true colours revealed their own stupidity and shallowness.
Is it in their nature for all men who are "guys", or can it just be a coincidence.
My cat, among the stupid things he does, like dashes between my legs out of the blue when I walk across the room, or naps up on high places and rolls off (unconsciously- apparently dreaming), and chewing on power cords (you'd figure after the last few times of being electrocuted he'd know better).

Oh forgot to mention - he's an adult kitten now that I've had him for about eleven years now. Yes, he is special, instead of going off wandering when ever we go for a walk outside, he just follows me around as if he were a dog (maybe he's jolted himself so often that he thinks he's a dog).

Um, I agree with the first person to answer, yes your kitty will grow out of it.

Not sure I agree with the second bit of the answer though ... lol ... do guys ever 'grow out of it'?

Siamese cats are type of prissy. they're very loud and critical and prefer maximum cats hate loud noises. And from personal adventure don't love it once you've sex, because then you are literally not being attentive to them. i might want to assert that is a nasty idea for the approach of life you've.

Sounds to me like you have a smart cat. Following you around like a puppy, that's great. As far as the other stuff, I had a cat that liked to chew on cords, she even got into the back of my TV and chewed the wires and we lost sound on the TV?! Sounds like you have a cat with LOTS of personality and that's sweet.

Cats are extrememly curious...thus the saying; "Curiousity killed the cat"...haha...power cords.
Anyway, there is a certain tape you can get at the petstore that they absolutely hate. Lay it down in places that are dangerous or that you don't want him to be in. Don't hit or yell at him, cats don't take discipline. As he matures and grows, he'll eventually get out of the stupid phase. Be sure to give him the attention he deserves as well! Good luck!

sounds like your cats is just being a cat. everything you have discribed is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.

I have a cat who seems to be a bit strange too...I just say that she wasn't Y2K complient! She plays with the wall (yes really) and doesn't always make it when she jumps...

Enjoy your cat's uniquness, its part of his charm :-)
