take your time and get to know their personality then you can give them really good names.

cats I've had:
Butthead: He always was rubbing his head into my elbow and i'd wind up spilling either coffee or beer all over myself.

Demon pvssy: my wife was convinced that it was my mom reincarnated. I think she was right. This cat was a siamese and could TALK.

Cretin: This cat was an opportunistic genius. a siamese that could destroy anything she wanted to and she always did it in the most unusual way. Then she'd just look pathetic and get away with it.

Domina: Another siamese, she moved in and took over. Controls both the other cat and the dog. Very bossy.

Lady Godiva: A chocolate point siamese that is very proper and mannerly.

get the idea???

Our male came with the name that fit his personality, and we kept that. Rascal.

Our female - we thought for a few days. We found female cat names in animated movies and picked (although the spelling is different) - Kira (pronounced KEERA).

Other name's I've had for my cats:

Ching (siamese)
Mittens
Sabrina
Charlie

Names I almost used:

Cleopatra
Johnny

Names my friends have used:

PC (pussssy cat)
Buttons for one and Snaps for the other
KC (kitty cat)

I have also researched names by finding websites based on the breed or color of the cat, like Tuxedos, and then I looked at all of the pictures and names on there. I also looked at petfinder.com for cats, and looked at those names.

But please, no more kitties!

Tish & Tosh
Sonar & Radar
Mia & Owly
Rosemary & Thyme
Kitty & Katt
Laurel & Hardy
Marly & Mojo
or Lee & Kobb after the last part of your friends' names.

(The latest two kittens here are currently known as Puddy & Ding ... because there were only two they had loads of their mum's milk & were little fat rolypoly babies ... little puddings)
