I'd like to obtain a catfish as a pet...I have a kiddie pool in the back that's pretty deep so i'd add some salt water and keep him there as a pet...anyone know where I can catch one ? I want to name him Herb. or if it's a girl she'd be named Marge. I hope my dream comes true!

There's a cat that lives outside, and I'm pretty sure he has owners, because he was wearing a flea collar for a while. However, he is almost strictly (from what I've noticed) an outdoor cat. His eye has gotten progressively more irritating to him I've noticed, over the past few days, and now he's got it shut completely. He has a lot of that normal "cat eye goo" along the bottom of his eye. I opened it and looked inside, and it just looked normal. Maybe he has something in his eye that I can't see? I don't know who his owners are so it's hard to ask them, or see if they even care. I wish I could take him to the vet.

Ok so my sister plans on moving out and taking her dog. The problem is...she doesn't even clean up for herself. Her dog is an aussie and she spends about 30 mins. with him a week. So i'm trying to take the dog but I know she will just end up with him back.

If an animal shelter (such as SPCA) takes a dog, is it possible for family to have first choice to adopt them?

Is it still stealing if I took the dog (with my parent's permission {my sis is 23}) and got him licensed under my name and micro chipped under my name?

My sister has a tropical fish tank and has had snails appear in it! She has never introduced snails to it and has no idea where they have come from! At first she thought they were fish faeces but they are definitely snails altho their shells are transparent. They are multiplying like crazy!

Does anyone know where they could have come from and are they at all dangerous to her fish?

Also, she charges other dogs. They respond in an aggressive manner, although once she gets to them she just wants to play.

We took her to the vet , the said it was a flea allergy, from just one flea! They gave her a cortisone shot, a med pill to kill any fleas instantly and the liquid frontline and an antibiotic. she is done taking all the meds and is still itching like crazy. She is rapidly loosing hair around her backend and legs and underbelly. We called the vet back and they told us to give her Benedryl and it didn't work. It just made her heart beat harder and she got thirsty, but she is still itching the same amount. My vet is not in today , she wont be back in until tomorrow-I just want to know if anyone knows what to give my dog to help her stop itching. She is a Chocolate Lab and weighs 60 lbs and is 10months old. I am hoping there is an over the counter product I can buy for her, or something natural that will help. Please only answer if your dog has had this problem and you solved it somehow. Thank you for your time.

I have a few dogs- been here in my home for almost 20 years, a new neighbor moves in last week and is complaining about the 'dog smell'
I clean dog poo daily, but its not so much the poo as it is the urin smell, so I took clorox and sprayed and washed down the back yard area, any other ideas to clean or? he told me to spread lyme? any suggestions greatly appreciated! thank you
