I have an 8 month old cat that I adopted from a shelter. He constantly attacks my other two cats & is agressive towards me when i pet him. I just found a six week old kitten and he is acting severly aggressive towards him, too.

He has poo crust on his bum, and I'm worried that sometimes it flakes off onto my bed or in the carpet, and then I might get it on me.

Beside water, do they need special food or do they eat the insects. Do they need shelter. Would they ruin my grass and plants? Are they very messy. Do they attract insects and rodents, etc.?

My 16-year-old dog had probably a couple of strokes. She has now mobility problems, she sometimes moves in circles, she cannot focus, she has difficulty in eating etc. She is disorientated but i cannot tell if she suffers. I cannot bear the idea of putting her down, though it will probably come to that. The vet said she might get a bit better, though she is not very optimistic. In any case she is old and lived a good life with us... Any advice of when is the right moment? Do I keep her in life only because i do not want her to die?

He is always breaking my important things, and if I leave a bowl of meat around he finds it and licks it before I can get a bite. Also he gets ticked when I fart in bed and trap him under the covers. How can I get him to stop this unreasonable behavior?

My family adopted a Golden Retriever in January of this year. She is house broken and is a wonderful pet. Lately we have had a problem keeping her hair shedding under control. We have had her crate in the family room. This is where she plays and rests. She has her food bowl in the dining room with us, When I work normally 4-5 times a month, she stays in our laundry room. We put crate, toys, food water in with her. And this is for a 7 hour period. My question is where can/should we change her spot? If we keep her in the laundry room, hair will get all over the clean clothes, our garage is not insulated so it is hot in the summer, cold in the winter so that is not an option. But the living room is no longer an option either. We love her very much and want her to be "with" our family as well as a part of it. Our home is also not very big so there are not many others rooms that are appropriate. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...She is about 53 pounds and is "fixed"

My chihuahua goes buck wild for sweet potatoes. Since it contains natural sugar and not artificial ones - I thought it was okay to feed it to her. The vet told me that pumpkin will help her with her stool being soft - I thougth sweet potatoes might have the same effect. Opinions?

I like the darker colors, like black.
It should be able to saty in a room for 8 hours while im at school.
It should'nt have long hair, sister and dad have allergies.
Im not to sure about what breed to get. We were think, American Shorthair..but is there any more original ones? Or are American Shaorthairs perfect?
Why for each one?

Im bringing my dog with me on a flight and shes too big to be placed under the seat so she is going as checked baggage. i understand that the airline has kennel requirements and everything, im flying united airlines. but the only kennel i found for my dogs size, a jack russell terrier mix at petsmart, is this one~

http://www.petsmart.com/global/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524441775460&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302035805&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374302023689&bmUID=1160847274564&itemNo=0&In=Dog&N=2035805&Ne=2

its REALLY similar to that but it has the same clasp sides. they feel very sturdy and i even put her in it and picked it up to make sure it held. and on the paper tag on the kennel it shows a plane logo. would this kennel be ok? even at petsmart for her size thats the only one i found, the other ones called travel aire or something were for intermediate. does anyone KNOW? if these types of kennels are ok?

My upstairs neighbor's cat is in heat. Every night it runs to the backyard and meows VERY loudly and does not stop until early morning. It is keeping me and my family up every night! I've asked my neighbor to quiet his cat, but he said he doesn't know how. How do you make a cat in heat shut the heck up so we can sleep???
