When you are breeding AKC puppies does the mother and the father have to be AKC or can only one parent be AKC for the puppy to be considered AKC. I want to breed with an AKC mother and a non AKC father? Will the puppies be AKC?

Why we need your help
An estimated 10 million pets are abandoned in North America each year and more than 4 million of those are euthanized simply because they do not have homes. That's why Animal Shelters have to sell the dogs and cats at that price and they encourage people to help save a life by adding a new member to the family through pet adoption.
If you have a heart, you can’t afford not to. Not to spay and neuter means animals are being born to short, miserable lives and early deaths.
Look at this:
Dogs:
1 year16
2 years128
3 years512
4 years2,048
5 years12,288
6 years67,000
This is the off spring, the first dog (year one) had 16 pups, then they had puppies say they all had puppies, and it keeps going.
Cats are even worse!
1 year12
2 years67
3 years367
4 years2,107
5 years11,801
6 years66,088
7 years370,092
8 years2,072,514
9 years11,606,077!
You don’t have to answer, but people come on. Read the top again, 10 million!
Each year all these dogs and cats die because of no room in shelters are left.
Are animals supposed to die beside roads? Have to be put in gas chambers? Did the LORD intend for this to happen?
No.
So help out today, not tomorrow

A dollar helps save hundreds of animals. Just one dollar,
Please don’t make rude and hateful comments about this. But every little bit of trying to get people to understand helps.

I have a little kitten and it goes crazy when i bring it food. I feed her regularly ((just in case you were wondering.)) So a while ago i think i stepped on my kittens paw! I didnt mean to!, but it accidentily happend. I was bringing her food and she was everywhere one minute she was on my bed and the next she was under my foot! I didnt even see her. She didnt meow when /and if i did step on her paw.
Now she is holding up her paw like its hurt! She runs and walks normally, but when she sits or takes a break she holds her paw up.
Im really scared that i hurt her!
What should i do?
Is she going to be ok?
Please tell me!

What do they eat? Is it true that they will attack your pets and even people if they are hungry enough?

Do female bettas fight each other? I know males will fight until the death. I didn't think females did that. Do they?

I am a pigeon fancier.

It started when I used to watch them at the park.

Now I have 2 in a cage in a special room in my basement. Their names are Ted and the Gimp.

I have some photos to share.

Is there a club I could join to meet other pigeon fanciers?

i have two of the fluttery tail and fin goldfish (do not know the proper name for them...) in a 10 gallon tank. they are doing fine, but i am a little ocncerned with their eating. i can put pinch after pinch of food in the tank and they eat EVERY bit of it. they are getting very fat, round bellies (that almost look like they could and will pop). is this normal for the fish, or should i cut back on how much they eat? it worries me that their bellies are so enlarged, but i dont want to starve them.

what should i do? do i keep feeding them or cut it back or let it go or what??

i know very little about fish and fish habbits. please help me.

I have a basset hound and we are breeding her with another basset hound. She went into heat about 2 weeks ago and her and the other basset hound got tied together. Two days after they got tied together, she was out of heat. I mean she had no more symptoms at all. My other dogs (male and neutered) were not sniffing at her anymore. The blood stopped. Just all the signs of her being in heat, totally went away. I took her back over to the other basset hound two days after they mated, so that we could try one more time to mate them, just to be sure it took and she would not accept him. So I'm wondering if she did became pregnant from the one time they did successfully mate, does that mean her heat cycle would end just that fast?
Thanks
