cheese is a dairy product and cats are usually lactose intolerant so this may be the cause of the diarrhea. Changing the cats diet can also cause diarrhea. Food must be changed over a gradual period of time. You can give a cat pepto-bismol or kaopectate safely, but you should call your vet for the proper dose for your cats weight..it is usually a child's dose. The vet may also suggest witholding food (but NOT water) for a 24 hour period. If it does not clear up after a couple days I would make an appt. for him to see the vet.

Take people food like milk out of his diet. give him dry food and water. if it persists for more than 5 days, then take him to the vet. make sure there is no blood in the poo. cuz if there is then there's something wrong inside of fluffy.

I've came to believe that cat food with fish in it can give a cat diahrrea. Try feeding your cat chicken or beef.

change its food, but make sure to only give it one kind. giving the cat different kinds of food will also give it diarrhea.

The best decision would be to take him to a vet. as fast as possible.
He probably has some type of infection in his digestive system.
