Depends on the wormer you are using. If you are using pyrantel pamoate, you need to do it every 14 days for 4 doses. If you use a pill from the vet that does rounds,hooks,and tapes, then the one dose should do it although many vets will repeat it in 14 days. If you use Panacur (Safeguard) you need to do it three days in a row.
It all depends on the wormer the puppy was given at 14 weeks.

Your dog should be wormed every 6 weeks till he is 6 months old then once a month after that.

just when you see worms in her poop.or if she has the runny poops it could be hook worms. but they should be on heart gaurd once a month.

some give deworming stuff every month
