I have two male guinea pigs, but I cant figure out how to keep them occupied. They seem to be bored all the time, and I cant let them outside to graze becase it's too cold. What should I do to their cage or what should I give them to give them something to do?

I currently have a 6 year old English Bulldog and a 2.5 year old daughter. My brother wants to buy me a Maltese as a gift but my husband says it's a mistake. He does not want to deal with the responsibility and everything else that comes with it.. Totally doggyfused.. HELP!!!!!!!

I have a tank with goldfish (5) and weather loaches (3) The goldfish have a thin fungus coating going on, one is looking very ill, and my levels have been off as there were serious pH issues calling for the removal of all the gravel and putting new stuff in, which has helped sort some of it (I can now get the pH to 6.4... whole nother issue as it wont go up no matter what goes in) so anyway, the tank is basically re-cycleing except the filter is the same as is most of the water (standard 25% water changes weekley) so I did a water change, treated with stress coat as per norm, but noticed the smallest of the goldfish (a beat up rescue who just finished quarenteen) has come down heavy with fungus. The sick tank currently has a very very small goldfish in it that this one could possibly eat, so I would have to move the small goldfish to isolate him, but the other goldfish have it anyway, so have to treat them all, so could move the loaches to sick tank and put the little fish in (contd..)

I am 12 years old a want a dog REALLY bad. My parents dont think its a good idea due to the # of pets I already own (guinea pig, corgie, and cat.) I want a bassett hound or a weenie dog. Any advice???

We have two dogs, and two cats. My son fell in love with a dog at the MSPCA, is three dogs too many? Our oldest dog Murphy is 6, he is 1/2 great dane, 1/2doberman, so he is HUGE. Our other dog Pablo is a yellow lab. The dog my son loves is quite large, but the MSPCA isn't sure of his exact breed (possibly lab mix?).

Would it be too much for my husband and I to have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 5 kids?

why is it that when a pitbull bites someone its in the news alll over the world but when a lassie dog bites someone there like "oh it didnt mean it was just...umm well you know it didnt mean to" and they get away with it. it makes me sooooooooo mad!!!!!!!! do you agree?
My dad has been bit by almost 20 different breeds but never ever a pitbull! So why go against pitbulls? Every dog could hurt some one.and its just that there more powerfull and that doesnt make them viscious. I've been around alot of pitbulls and they all have been big babys.

I just got a yorkie pup and she is full of the devel . Picks on my other two dogs and chases the cats selfish with the food and tries to fight over the treats. My dog is getting accused of something and I'm not sure whether to believe it. I know he's a dog, even though I've always considered him more human than dog! He is a Chinook, a very gentle breed.

My neighbor had a nest of wild baby bunnies in her front yard. She and I covered it with a cage top during the day because we knew Mom bunnies only come between dusk and dawn to feed them (checked with local wildlife rehabilitation clinic). My dog would go over and lay by the side of the cage, but never tried to get into it. One day, I came home, let my dog out and went inside for five minutes. I heard a car horn honking - my neighbor was coming home. She saw the dog sitting by the nest. We ran to check it out - all six baby bunnies were gone.

1. There was no sign of anything - no blood on dog or ground, no body parts.
2. 72 hours later, he has had normal (boneless) poops and no vomitting (not letting him out of my sight for a second).
3. Could he eat 6 baby bunnies in 5 min?

my cat escaped for a couple of days outside. when she came back, all was well until the next day (after returning) and we have been finding cat vomit in obvious places. at first i didnt know which it was until i caught little miss houdini (the escapee) vomiting. my question is this, is she seriously sick or is she doing this in hopes we'll let her outside again?

is it ok to use a bail of hay for my guinea pigs" cage bedding becasue i really need something good for bedding for them and everything is so expensive and cedar and pine beddign are not good for them they can give them liver problems so pplease help me i need something i can always have and for not a lot of money
