Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://bitly.im/aNNXU

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

Best book: The Toolbox for Remodeling Your Problem Dog. Crumby title, but the book is excellent. Simple, practical and positive. Unfortunatley the book is out of print, so you'll have to pick up a used copy on ebay.

You should be able to find Getting started: clicker trianing for dogs by Karent Pryor. It's a good get you started book for positive training.

A good website is www.clickertraining.com not only has tips, but it also has links to trainers and a store that sells clicker trianing books.

Done well, clicker trianing is very effective.

The pup needs to see you as pack leader first. Then you can "train" it to know the consequences of being selfish.

talk to your local vet. or where ever you take your pets. they should be able to give you a good lead on training classes in your area. With as many animals as you have, you should also be presenting yourself as the Alpha... and not let the new kid on the block get away with bad manners.
